Emperor Posted November 2 Share Posted November 2 For November 1st invoices all clients were billed twice. The transaction records in WHMCS only show one but the total is double in "Gateway Balance". Stripe shows two charges for each client happening at the exact same time. Email confirmation only went out for one transaction from WHMCS.
