romie090
Hello Everyone, I could use some help right now as I'm trying to customise my WHMCS installation's client area. In particular, I want to improve the client experience by rearranging some areas and adding a few unique features, however I've encountered some difficulties. The following are the main issues I want to talk about: Tailoring the Client Dashboard: I want to change the default dashboard so that it shows my clients more pertinent information, like statistics about their services and bespoke data from external APIs. Which template files or hooks should I concentrate on in order to make these changes? Improving Navigation: I want to add a few custom links that lead to outside sites and reorganise the navigation menu. Can I simply handle this using the clientareahome.tpl file, or do I need to take a different approach? Enhancing Mobile Responsiveness: While WHMCS is responsive by default, I've found that several of my customizations—like table formatting—don't work as well on smaller screens. Is there a better way to make sure the custom elements I add work on all devices, or are there any best practices I should follow? I've already dabbled with using action hooks and modifying a few of the.tpl files in the "Six" template, but I want to make sure I'm adhering to standard practices to prevent my modifications from being undone by WHMCS upgrades in the future. I would be grateful for any guidance, sample code, or documentation references! Thanks in advance for your time.
