rufus Posted September 19 Share Posted September 19 I'm sure this must be a common scenario – here's the situation: Prior to setting up WHMCS my clients paid monthly or manually for hosting via bank transfer. I would like to set up accounts for them in WHMCS, add their hosting order and then connect the order to the existing cpanel account, without creating an invoice as yet (since some have already paid for the year upfront). So far I have managed to do all of this. After haveing set up the accounts, I would like the clients to receive an invoice on a certain date, say Jan 2025, and it will be recurring either monthly or yearly. At this point they can set up the direct debit to replace the bank transfer. I can't figure out how to do this last step.
