Anyone here knows how to fix or activate the new Paypal Payments module ? When i try to activate it the error on the attached occurs . 

I was able to log-in but thats it . 

 

Currently i am on Version 8.10.1  and wanted to update to latest version Version 8.11.0

Will this fix the issue or not ?
