'Error: Invalid Billing Cycle Requested' when i try to add a configurable option

i set up diskspace as a 'configurable option'
i made my table for 1gb (default), 5, 10, 15, 20, 50, 100, 200gb
each diskspace option has pricing for one time / monthly, semi-annual and annual, except 1gb because each plan comes with 1gb free.
I see it on the configuration options when someone orders a hosting plan, so that works.

Ok now an existing client is running out of space on his 15gb.
I want to email him how much it would cost if i upgrade his account to 20, 50, 100, etc.

• so while Logged in i go this client account, products/services, then More > Upgrade / Downgrade > Configurable options, and when i click diskspace i get Upgrade Summary "Error: Invalid Billing Cycle Requested"
• also when logged in as client, I go to Actions > Upgrade / Downgrade Options, I see the options to add Diskspace for 5, 10, 20 and so on, but at Php0.00 price each. (Php is Philippine Peso).

i have found the issue, it so happened the Billing Cycle wasn't set on that client's hosting package, ergo the message.
