Hook for automatically changing wrong Currency to country's currency (Canadian chooses USD instead of CAD)

Hi,

 

I am facing a issue, please help me.

 

A new Canadian user has placed an order but mistakenly selected USD instead of CAD. Before the user proceeds with payment, I want to use a hook that automatically switches their currency to CAD.

 

This should occur either before the order is executed or before the invoice is generated.

 

I tried to make a hook by using country code "CA" (Only for Canada) and uses WHMCS Admin API for switching currency but only expert WHMCS Developer can help me. 😭
