Akki Punj Posted August 10 Share Posted August 10 Hello I've been using WHMCS for 8 years now but since last 2-3 years facing an issue for which I would like to get some help So if a customer tells us to not renew their hosting, we simply cancel their invoice. Earlier it used to be this way and it was easy. The invoice cancelled in 2021 will not get re-generated again in 2022, 2023 etc Now kindly refer to the attachment, we onboarded a customer in 2020, in 2021 he didn't renew so the invoice was cancelled. But 3 years the invoice again and again got re-generated and had to be manually cancelled. This is happening for all cancelled invoices in previous years.
