Boston
Hi, I noticed today that some of the emails that whmcs is supposed to sent are not delivered. For example I didn't get the cronjob activity email today at all, even though the cronjob was run as normal. Secondly, one of our customers just did an order but because of some hassle, the order became double, I recieved no emails at all about these orders. I checked the mail.logs and mail.warn logs but I saw no abnormal behaviour, the only thing that caught my eye was this line: mail postfix/local[1055]: warning: dict_nis_init: NIS domain name not set - NIS lookups disabled But I don't think it can be the reason. I changed the email delivery to use our SMTP-server so I got to see how it works out. Has anyone else noticed that some emails are not delivered at all?
Boston
I forgot to add that the antivirus/antispam is not on for the email accounts in question.
