RPS
I'm selling a product that is a license good for 1 year for $50. They can renew the product for $40 after the first year. The client should not be automatically charged when the year is up, however, the client should receive an e-mail asking if they would like to buy @ the renewal price. If they decide to renew, they will be able to purchase at the renewal price. However, the renewal price is also only able to be purchased, if the client currently owns the $50 license. What's the best setup for this?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 29, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 29, 2008 The setup for this would be to make it a $50 one time item. You'd then need to write your own script to email people when it becomes the anniversary of the purchase of that product. Matt
