chrispy192
HELP! I keep on logging into the admin area of the cms and everytime I try and change something on a current product it keeps on logging me out. What is wrong - I go to change a price and click on save changes, then it just takes me back to the log in screen. Please help me. Cheers Chris
PPH
Sounds like a cookie or server sessions problem. Might want to drop a support ticket.

PPH
Look into the sessions path for the server and make sure it is writeable.

PPH
Ok done that - how long does it take for someone to pick it up normally? From my experience, usually within the hour and usually much faster than that!
