Mandalorian Posted May 25 Share Posted May 25 (edited) I have just discovered that when a client chooses a product, enters a domain to register, the "Cart" does not show "Domain Registration and Domain Price" at all. It only shows the "Hosting Product" price. As such, hosting product order is received, but without "domain registration" order. We are using V 8.6.1. The "Show Domain Registration" option is checked in Product setting. And yet, no domain registration is processed. Looking forward to hearing from you. Mandalorian Posted May 25 Author Share Posted May 25 Ah, just figured out the cause. A client complained that he placed the order with the domain. I advised him that we never received the domain order. Instead we only received the hosted product order. After testing it appears, that the client cleverly added both the domain and hosted product to cart, and later in the process removed the domain name from cart. He then only paid for the hosted product and no domain, and then complained that we did not register his domain.
