ANPC Posted May 13 Share Posted May 13 Hi, We migrated mails to Office365 over the weekend but ever since then have not been able to get the support tickets import working. The POP cron runs and returns Bad request. I have followed this guide : https://help.whmcs.com/m/troubleshooting/l/1619860-bad-request-error-importing-microsoft-email Still not working, however if I click Test configuration I get "The Mail Import test succeeded" I logged this with WHMCS support who came back saying this is a known issue, however there must be some workaround surley?
