Client Area Domain Management Button

I'm using the twenty-one theme.  In the client area, domains page, there is nothing indicating that you can click somewhere in that space to manage the domain.  And there's no menu item for management.  Is there any way I can change the button "active" to "manage" so people will know they can click there to get the domain management menu?  I don't see anywhere else where they can get to that menu.

@FreedomHostUSA I would suggest adding a bootstrap alert at the top and tell them to click on the row for management options. That's what I've done. If you change 'active' to expand the row, what do you do when the status is 'in redemption, 'transfer pending', etc?
