handsonwebhosting Posted January 29, 2008 Share Posted January 29, 2008 Facing similar issue here. We have some packages that users are NOT allowed to upgrade to, as it involves them moving from a shared server to an eCommerce server. As such, we have to manually move their account and set information etc. While we manually upgraded the account, and set the correct rates etc, if we go back and click the generate invoices (for it to generate a new invoice) - nothing happens.
