bkkcanuck
Hello all, I did a look through and didn't see anything directly related to my issue so seemed like asking directly was the way to go. I have my server up and running and my WHMCS install is humming along and has been tested every which way and seems to be solid as a rock. My new server and hence new install of WHMCS is very soon after all my yearly clients have been billed on my old server setup. What I am curious about is it possible that I can set up clients on the server, and add hosting to their account, but override the initial payment so they are basically having a free year, as they already paid on my current box. I was thinking I could create the new account, override the price to zero, add the package they will be using and then a year from that date they are charged. Would this ONLY work if input their payment info or could I do it so that it sends them an invoice howerver many days in advance of the expiry of the current package. I hope that is clear enough if not please don't hesitate to ask and I'll try to provide further detail. Thank you. J
