DaveB Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 I have been through the documentaion, edited the files required and uploaded the two folders. I have then logged into my WHMCS system and the option to select Kayako was there so I selected it. I know this may sound daft but what happends then, my assumption was that when a client clicks "Support" in the client area they would be shown the Kayako software. As it stands at the moment mine does not show the Kayako eSupportSuite or the WHMCS support area. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
