Free Range Posted February 15 Share Posted February 15 Hello, I have a customer who has a 3rd party monitoring their support que and would like them to receive a copy of all ticket emails. I've gone into the client's account and added a contact as well as checked the button "Support Emails - Receive a copy of all Support Ticket Communications" - however ticket notifications and replies are not being sent to the contact's email (confirmed via the mail server logs, and via the WHMCS logs. It seems that WHMCS is not even attempting to generate an email to the support contact, only the primary user on the account.
