Blue Pay Stoped Working

I went to try and process a card on an invoice and it kicked out a unknown error has occured.

 

I've not changed any settings, this has been working before, and the transaction never reached BluePay. it said to check the gateway.log but i have not found one in whmcs.

 

I ended up charging the card straight from bluepay so i know they are not down.

 

Anyone else having issues? or know of a fix? this can really put a damper on things if it dont clear up.

 

I did upgrade to the new version but cards have processed since the update.
