RPS
I would like to disable certain clients from receiving e-mails. Some of our clients have more than 1 service from us, and send in a check for the full amount (hosting + other services). These clients should not receive an e-mail from WHMCS, because they already receive an invoice. WHMCS should still generate an invoice, then we will manually go into WHMCS and apply the check in the amount of the invoice. Everything should handle, however, e-mails should not be received.
RPS
I have confirmed from Matt (ticket id: 371232) that this functionality is not currently possible. The only way to do it, is change the e-mail address to one that the client doesn't check. Unfortunately it looks a little unprofessional to have that. Maybe this will be changed in the future, I know it is a feature that ModernBill has (one of the few features that worked). In the meantime, we'll just use an e-mail address that the client won't access.

Damainman
Any news on whether it is even being considered?
stumblrmonk3
Yeah, this would be a nice feature. And also being able to identify 2 of the same services in the "Products/Services" tab; right now when a client has 2 services that are the same, the dropdown box in the said page shows the same name (no differentiation).
