Disable invoice generation when invoice is Zero or fully paid with credit/funds

Hello,

is there a way in WHMCS to disable the generation of invoices when the invoice is fully paid with funds or when the invoice amount equals zero?
And is it possibly to hook into WHMCS and remove a invoice when the customer pays fully in funds afterwards?
