Cpanel login from user area leading to IP address as opposed to server hostname.

Prior to today when a user clicked the link to login to cpanel from their members area they were taken to a URL on the server hostname. Now the link leads them to the server IP address. This forced a privacy error because it is not covered by an SSL.

The hostname does resolve properly and has a valid SSL certificate. 

I have two cpanel servers linked to my WHMCS install and only one server is having this issue. I would appreciate any suggestion on how to debug this problem.
