How to see Custom nameserver changes client want to apply in case we are not domain reseller

In case we are not any domain reeseller as they are expensive, we just registerning on behalf of our client by using coupons or whatever, the question is that i want all of them to provide with domain managent/ namesever change option.

So when they apply some new nameserver we get informed in the dashboard notification or whatever so we could able to change nameservers from our account on client request.
