Failure to send emails

NullAlias

Recommended Posts

Hello, ever since I installed WHMCS 8.7.3, I have been unable to send emails. The recipients are not receiving them. However, I have kept the PHP configuration as it has always been. And this issue is occurring across the board. I have tried using WHMCS templates as well as custom messages that I could send to a specific client, but nothing is working. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can provide. Thank you.

There are several reasons why emails may not be sending in WHMCS 8.7.3. One possible reason is that you have disabled the email template in Configuration () > System Settings > Email Templates or, prior to WHMCS 8.0, Setup > Email Templates1. Another possible reason is that custom action hooks that could prevent email from sending exist in the /includes/hooks and /modules/addons directories1. You can also try troubleshooting the issue by going to Configuration > System Logs2. This will help you identify any errors that may be preventing emails from being sent.

Hi @martina2,

Thank you for your response, all my templates are activated the only thing I changed is the email used that I changed in the template settings as well as the email CSS that I deleted.

I did not understand this part of your comment, could you please elaborate:

Thank you in advance,
