Wrong Username Or Password

Recommended Posts

When a hosting account is created all is well, the links in the emails all work and the Plesk dashboard is accessible by the buttons in the client area, signing into Plesk via the new account information email with the auto-created username and password is no issue.

BUT...

When a customer purchases a second hosting product the new account information goes out but they can't log in to Plesk with the supplied auto-created username or password, looking in Plesk the products are grouped under the same subscription, how can I prevent this?

Consider setting up separate subscriptions or service plans within Plesk for each hosting product. This will allow for individual management and login credentials for each account. Review your Plesk configuration and ensure that new purchases are being assigned to separate subscriptions.

Examine the account creation process in your system to ensure that it handles the creation of multiple hosting products correctly. www.targetpayandbenefits.com Check for any potential coding or configuration errors that may cause issues with the auto-creation of usernames and passwords.
