.au validation fails for citizen

We are having issues with .au domain registration through both TPP as well as Dreamscape.

Where "Type of Entity for Eligibility" = "Citizen/Resident", there shouldn't be any business/commercial registration number.

However, the API is returning a "missing field".

Does anyone know what fields are missing? Any solutions to this?
