HAX Posted May 22, 2023 Share Posted May 22, 2023 Hi there. When I or a customer replies to a ticket, the respons gets put on the bottom, below the original ticket. When a ticket becomes rather long with alot of responces you will need to scroll to the bottom to view the reply. Is there any way to change the behaviour of this so replies from my agents or the client gets put on the top like most of not all other ticket system does?
