Hello All,

Has anyone been able to bridge Proton Mail into WHMCS.  I have setup a domain with proton and configured them on my domain in the cpanel.  Now I am trying to set them up as SMTP but keep getting errors.  Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,

I join the request, or rather update, so much time has passed.

Guys, if you have information on how to integrate Proton mail. It works through SMTP, but how to set up Support Ticket Departments, because they only accept POP/IMAP

To bridge Proton Mail with WHMCS using SMTP, ensure you’ve enabled SMTP relay in Proton Mail settings and configured the SMTP hostname (mail.protonmail.com), port (587 or 465 for SSL), and authentication credentials correctly in WHMCS. Double-check your cPanel DNS settings for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to avoid issues. If errors persist, Proton Mail's bridge app might be needed for encryption handling. Hope this helps!
