Discount not showing on billing Cycle page.

I have a 20% one time discount code which is working on the final checkout page,  but does not show on the "Choose Billing Cycle page.

Very misleading for clients as they will likely bail out of the sale when the see the Billing Cycle page.

Am I doing something wrong?
