ganesh.rao
Hey, Has anyone able to successfully automate the account/vps creation process of HyperVM via WHMCS? As far as the v3 manual goes, I have done everything perfectly. Now the part comes where the Dedicated IP, Nameserver 1/2 and Additional IPs is concerned. Doesn't WHMCS pull these info directly from HyperVM and then fill it in? I don't manually enter IPs as they are all entered in the IP Pools in HyperVM. Any tip or advice on how I can have this thing totally automated? Also, what does the "server" field in the HyperVM server settings of a product mean? Is it the slave server that WHMCS referring to? Best Regards, Ganesh Rao
johnh
were you able to activate any VPS through WHMCS?
Chrisw
Unless things have changed, WHMCS can't retrieve the IPs from Hypervm. You will need to enter it in manually. I think Matt said something about Hypervm not providing it in the API or something. Maybe someone else can fill in the details. Otherwise do a search for it.
ganesh.rao
Hey Chris, No, it doesn't need to pull the IPs from HyperVM. When you specify how many IPs you want to be pulled in from the pool, HyperVM does this automatically. I think, I am getting the hang of this. Will be able to provide instant VPS soon then... hurrah!
