Myras Posted November 10, 2022 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Hello everyone, I have problem with whmcs refunds using Stripe payment gateway. When I perform a refund action in the whmcs admin panel, whmcs returns the operation success, while no action is performed on Stripe. Payment information is added on the side of my api: As for the entries related to the transaction, they look like this: The first line relates to adding the transaction and payment information to the invoice. The second line is related to the refund. As for the Log Gateway, there are no logs informing about the status of the action.
