Office365 Importing ticket the original ticket won't delete from email server

Hi all!

Our ticket system still works fine, however when we receive a new ticket the original email does not get deleted from the email server and this creates multiply ticket from the same sender. This was working fine till today no issue at all.  We are using Microsoft OAuth2 also did test connection and as I mentioned everything is working. I needed to delete the email from the server manually to not get any ticket.

If anyone has encountered this issue before please, shed me some light to the right direction.

It feels like something on the server side, but I couldn't figure it out yet.
