Manage cpanel email account creation limit from whmcs

Hello, we have a server that is only used for mail,

is configured with WHM/Cpanel.

We are requiring a module or hook that allows us to manage / Synchronize the number of accounts that a user can create per domain, because it is a service that is charged independently per email account.

We currently manage the CPANEL XTENDED module for WHMCS that allows us to manage emails from the client area without the need to enter the CPANEL, (since this access is restricted for the user, the idea is that everything is handled from the client area) but it does not allow the client to buy more accounts and the process is manual, when they are needed

For example, the client requires 2 accounts initially, the service must be activated with these two accounts, at the moment it is not possible since a parameter must be changed manually in the type of WHM package that we have by default in 1 (see img1.jpg), additionally, if the client wanted or deleted accounts from your service, this parameter cannot be altered either and you have to do it manually by requesting the service through a ticket.

Additionally, it is required to modify a parameter that handles the maximum number of emails that a domain can send per hour (see ima2.jpg), to avoid SPAMING from the server, this would scale depending on the number of accounts that the client has, but that can also be varied from the configuration or parameterization of the module in case it is required to re-parameterize
