ElAhmedi Mohamed Posted October 27, 2022 Share Posted October 27, 2022 we have purchased a reseller account from namehero and they give us a starter business license WHCMS, we configured everything in WHCMS and integrated our domain registrar which our case is enom.com, so we have an issue while our customer registering their new domains: 1: the domain checker isn't working,2: so that they can't purchase, then we opened a ticket at Enom support and they said [we see you have your account integrated here(Enom), but if you are having issues with the connections - you would need to reach out toWHMCS Support https://www.whmcs.com/support/], then we opened another ticket to namehero(our reseller account hosting company) they said: [Please note that our support technicians have not been trained on the WHMCS software outside of the initial installation.
