directhosts4u
Hi. Hopefully someone can help as struggling to find a reason for this. We have a product addon setup for recurring billing yearly. Its not prorata but we have issues with the due dates it creates based on method of purchase. If the customer buys online. It sets invoice date today, due date about 2 weeks from now and service period from today + 1 year which is pretty much perfect (somereason the addon management due date is todays date but invocie date 2 weeks time?) Matching the settings it creates and doing a manual order has different behaviour. It does not add 2 weeks to the due date and makes it due today and sends a reminder out on next cron which looks bad on us for chasing the customer so soon. If we dont copy the web order and do what we expect the settings to be, manual order with todays date and set due date for X weeks time, it then shifts the service period to start from X weeks time which we dont want. How can we make a manual addon order for todays date, due date in X weeks and service period starting on todays date simliar to when a customer orders. 🤔 Thank you Edited October 16, 2022 by directhosts4u
