I've been analyzing and reviewing WHMCS for a few hours now. I am in awe.. I LOVE IT. We've been using MB for the last 2-3 years. Now that MB4 is out of development we are lookig for something that is 'active'. Also since we have a large customer base I need to analyze every aspect and feature of the software. So far I've found every feature I've looked for except one. I'm still looking though.
Discount for an existing product/service. I'm not talking about a coupon or promotion code. I am talking about adding a discount to an existing customers product or service. The only way I see to give this package a discount is to pull out my calculator and do some math and modify the 'recurring amount'. Is there a better way?
I'm planning to import 2500+ packages from my existing billing software and many of them have a specific discount applied. How is this handled when using the import tool that you provide?
I am excited about this change and really looking forward to the better features your software offers.
