Updating DNS nameservers on cart page from url

Hi there,

Im developing a new website where i have ajax search to check the domain availability, if domain is available it shows a button that im going to point to my friends who already sell domains from my contry (.ie)

selling .ie domains is not easy, so I've parnered up with a company that has access to those domains.

Now, I am able to add to my searched domain name to their cart on their whmcs platform by using something like this 

http://demo.whmcs.com/cart.php?a=add&domain=register&domains[]=typeyourdomainhere.com&domainsregperiod[typeyourdomainhere.com]=1

Now, What i need to do is change / update the dns 1 and dns 2 fields on that page with my server dns names, is it possible, and can you shed some light on how to go about it,
