Hello, I have some problems, I just downloaded a theme and It appears the theme name but I don't know how to change it.

 

Also when I send the page link to anyonimage.png.5121d12e42cab24454cfea81f2ef129e.pnge, it says ''Add company name, add page title, add meta description''
