Hi

 

While trying to accept a order in which the user has used the subdomain options I get this error:

 

Order Accept Encountered Problems
Error code: 1019. Error message: Unable to create the DNS zone because its superzone belongs to another user.

 

Is there something I'm missing on how to set this up?  I'm using Plesk.
