marlon.guzman Posted January 11, 2008 Share Posted January 11, 2008 Hi, I was setting up WHMCS but I am having problems with support ticket not received when sending to the email address I specified. Sending thru the portal is not a problem. I have a 3rd party email account and tried sending to techsupport@ourdomain.com from my web based email client.
