Priam Posted July 6, 2022 Share Posted July 6, 2022 hi there i am trying to work out how i change my whcm to send out less emails to my customers as at the moment I get complaints from my customers saying they get to many emails from us The get first reminder section reminder and paid most off my customers pay via Bank payment or go carless or PayPal, so most invoice should get marked off as soon as they are paid is their a way i can turn off some off the emails they get so they don't get so many off them maybe just first invoice due and paid or paid and only send due if after an set amount off days its not been paid ? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
