Refugee Discount

I am thinking about migrating from clientexec and couldn't find any info on how to apply for a refugee discount mentioned on the front page, could you provide a link to more info.

 

I am also interested in server requirements, like whether zend accelerator is needed and so on.

You don't need Zend Accelerator.
