Roel82 Posted May 17, 2022 Share Posted May 17, 2022 Hi, A couple of weeks ago i migrated WHMCS to a new server. So far so good, i had some issues after that that easily could be fixed. Im having one issue left where i can't make new accounts in WHMCS. The error i get "duplicate email adress" altough the email adress i use for the new account has never been used in my WHMCS installation. How can i fix this? In your WHMCS database, you can execute the command - Select* from tblclients where email like clientemailid (replace the word 'clientemailid' in the above command with the exact client mail id). As you said that you have changed the server, there should be an file permission or file missing issue. You can check the installation guide and check step by step. It should give you the solution.
