Issue with WHMCS API

Greetings, 

Currnetly we are using WHMCS API for getting clients password. 
There was an issue. Recently, we upgraded our software from v7 to v8. 
API function GetClientPassword is not working as expected with user created from the date we updated to now. 
For example: we updated on 12 Feb. Request returns a password from user created before 12 Feb, but with user created after 12 Feb is an empty query. This is the result - "{"result":"success","password":""}". As you can see - no password.

We tried on a different installation, it is working fine.
Please help us to identify the issue and eventually fixing it.
