xraa523 Posted May 1, 2022 Share Posted May 1, 2022 Hi all, Recently we have setup GoCardLess and noticed an issue while updating invoices payment status. Basically, the invoice is created by WHMCS and payment sent to GoCardLess. Then GoCardLess processes the payment fine and WHMCS shows status paid_out in the transaction history. However, if we click on the transaction details, the Gateway Transaction Log shows nothing and consequently the invoice is not marked as paid. This issue also blocks the creation of future invoices.
