Creating API Credentials generete and error

I'm trying to generate some API credentials  and I got some  errors: DataTables warning: table id=tblDevice - Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1

I accept the errors and then I can press the green bottom to generate the API, and then the windows gives another error that says:

An error occurred while communicating with the server. Please try again.

 

I've also tried this  `Setup -> General Settings -> General` and selecting the refresh icon next to your 'Friendly URLs' configuration.
