internal server error 500 on some actions

Hi,

 

I use whmcs and i get sometimes internal server error 500 on:

 

a) when i want to change someones hosting package

b) when i want to use a ticket predefined reply

 

 

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
