Charles Scully Posted March 4, 2022 Share Posted March 4, 2022 Word Editor Issue preview button is not working on the client side of our site it, should display with whatever when previewing edited but it does not can you fix it to same as admin side? Also what is going on with the autosave feature? Seems to be reloading text that has been deleted. Additionally with the preview issue any text entered into the message box seems to remain after clicking on the Cancel button. To repeat this issue: 1) Click on Customer Service or Customer Relationship. 2) Enter in any text into message box. 3) Click Cancel at bottom, which then takes you to Support Requests page. 4) Click on Open Request and then click on whichever department you first picked. Message text remains. This should be cleared out if someone clicks 'Cancel'.. Still not clearing out same. Also you can clear tickets from support ticket page by clicking cancel then submit on the support tickets page, but not from open requests page 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
