How to use hooks to set different initial price of web hosting services

Hi,

I hope everybody will be fine on this community. I wants to set different initial price of web hosting services. Because I wants to set renewal price more than its initial amount. For that, I am guided my WhMCS staff to use hooks as described in this link: https://developers.whmcs.com/hooks-reference/shopping-cart/#orderproductpricingoverride . However, I don't know where to save this PHP file and how to set key, pid and proddata values.

Please help.
