paypal subscription not showing

I have been using WHMCS and paypal for approximately 15 years or more.

I setup a PayPal monthly product. When the customer went to pay, it said "PayPal Check Out", NOT "PayPal Subscription" like it used to.

Please advise how I can fix this. The customer wants to be billed automatically via PayPal every month.
