Require New Domain Registrations to have a hosting plan

Hello Devs,

I was referred here by WHMCS support hoping someone might be able to help.

I want to offer new domain registrations only but i want the form to require a hosting package to be added so potential customers don't just order a domain. They must order a hosting package too.

Does anyone know how or the best way to do this?
